Text or email photos of the area. We reply with a written, no-obligation quote — usually the same day.

  2. 02

    We protect the property

Plants are pre-rinsed, outdoor outlets and fixtures covered, cars and furniture moved clear.

  3. 03

    Pre-treat and clean

Mildew and stains are pre-treated, then cleaned with the right pressure and tool for the surface.

  4. 04

A post-treatment slows regrowth. We rinse everything down and walk the job with you before we leave.

Questions

Good to know

How often should a driveway be pressure washed?

Most driveways need cleaning every 12 to 18 months. Shaded driveways, north-facing walks and pool decks near landscaping can need it every 6 to 12 months because mildew and algae grow back faster.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?

Not when it is done right. We use a surface cleaner for flat concrete (even pressure, no stripes) and lower pressure for pavers and wood. Most of the cleaning is done by the pre-treatment, not by blasting the surface.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and the area to be clear of cars. We send before-and-after photos when we are done.

Is it safe for my plants and pets?

We pre-rinse and post-rinse landscaping and use cleaners diluted for outdoor residential use. Keep pets inside while we work and until surfaces are dry.

Can you clean my deck before I stain it?

Yes. Cleaning is the most important step before staining or sealing. We clean at low pressure so the wood fibers do not fuzz, and let you know how long to wait for the wood to dry.
