Jet Stream provides pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for homes, including driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, and wood and composite decks, in Manassas, Prince William County, and nearby areas. Service descriptions and photos on the Website are for general information.

• Quotes are free and are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins.
• Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Weather and site conditions may require us to reschedule. We will contact you if that happens.
• You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned and access to an outdoor water supply where needed, and to tell us about anything we should know (for example, fragile surfaces, recent sealing, or drainage concerns).

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
