The right pressure for every surface.

Concrete can take a surface cleaner. Pavers need care around the joints. Wood needs a light touch. Here is how we handle each one.

Pavement & pavers

Walkways, patios & pool decks

Slippery black mildew on a pool deck or front walk is a safety problem, not just a looks problem. We match pressure and cleaner to the surface — concrete, brick pavers, travertine or coated decks — so the color comes back without etching.

  • Front walks, sidewalks and entryways
  • Brick & concrete pavers, patios, lanais
  • Pool decks and screened enclosures (floor)
  • Pressure matched to the surface
  • Plants rinsed before and after

Half-cleaned wooden deck: clean honey-brown boards next to grey weathered boards

Decks & docks

Wood & composite decks

Wood needs a lighter touch. We use low pressure with a wide fan tip and a wood-safe cleaner to lift grey oxidation and mildew, then rinse so the boards dry evenly. Ready for stain or sealer if you want it.

  • Low-pressure, wood-safe cleaning
  • Pressure-treated, cedar and composite
  • Railings, steps and benches included
  • Ready for stain or sealer
  • Docks and boardwalks on request
